Unlike traditional “survey” methods, Amazing Workplace uses a conversation-based approach to understand employee partner sentiment in a meaningful way. The idea of real-time feedback through dynamic conversations rather than rigid questionnaires resonated with Trilogy’s leadership.
Excited by the potential to gain deeper insights and create a happier work environment, Trilogy made the decision to partner with Amazing Workplace.
Launching the First Happiness Conversation
The Happiness Conversation will invite employee partners to engaging, interactive discussions about working at Trilogy. Through the Conversation employee partners can share their feelings and feedback, with results recorded anonymously and kept confidential.
The Conversation process will provide detailed results showing how people feel across 10 topics, highlighting important trends and recommendations. Following the Happiness Conversation, Trilogy will be working with Amazing Workplace to analyze the results, identifying the areas to maintain or improve. Then, Trilogy leadership will plan and roll out specific actions to address employee partner feedback, and they will share the results and plans with the entire workplace.
What Comes Next — and a Commitment to the Future
Trilogy isn’t stopping at plans. Leaders will follow up with announcements as actions are completed. When the time comes, Trilogy will conduct their next Happiness Conversation, because measuring employee partner happiness isn’t just a one-time initiative—it’s the beginning of an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.
