Providing care in mental health can be emotionally demanding, with unpredictable challenges, heavy workloads, and limited resources. Leadership at Journey Health System knew their employees were dedicated to their mission, but they needed a better way to measure well-being and identify areas for meaningful support. Previous efforts to collect employee feedback using traditional survey methods fell short on identifying actionable next steps to make improvements. - Solution

On topics where most employees felt happy or very happy, like safety and belonging, leadership doubled down on reinforcing best practices to ensure these strengths remained core to the organization’s culture.
