Our Culture
Culture is simply defined as the characteristics a group agrees to use when together. There are far more complex definitions, but they don't often provide the clarity needed to simply create and maintain a strong workplace culture. Here's what we do. We follow 12 characteristics that make up our culture. We talk about them daily (not a joke). We also celebrate, discuss, train, and focus on one each month of the year.
